A Picture of an Alexander McQueen creation has surfaced recently; many saying that it is the last piece he created before his untimely death.
The gown, which is a beautiful silk charmeuse accented with silver feathers at the collar was not a part of McQueen's runway collection, but created for close friend, model, and muse Annabelle Neilson, who wore it to Elton John's White Tie and Tiara Ball in June.

The mystery, perhaps making the dress all the more alluring is; is this in fact the last gown McQueen touched? Where is the gown now? And are there pictures of Neilson in it? (trust me, I looked...).And...who do I have to sleep with to get it? ;-)
