Saturday was a long day. We got out to the house after breakfast, and stayed through lunch and dinner. We got most of the painting all finished that we wanted to complete before the carpet is installed soon. The only part we left out was anything in Leila's reading room upstairs. We had help from our friends Alex and Alyssa, and my brother Marc came down in the afternoon for some pizza and a bit of work. Thank you so much to you helpers - we were very glad we had you to help us finish our painting project. :)
We also got some more great bargains on things for Zoë. This weekend we happened upon a great sale offer at PetSmart for a heated pet bed and a heated crate pad. They're both about $90, but happened to be on sale if you had a PetSmart club card, which we did :), for only $20 each! We got them both. We also picked up some more toys, dental care, and food storage items for her.
