To check if Supertintin is detecting and recording your call, just check the "Active Streams in Skype" box, which can be found on the upper left hand of the Supertintin window (refer to the screenshot below).
In a normal one-on-one video call, there should be two (2) audio streams, one (1) local cam, and one (1) remote cam detected. If the numbers are showing something else, you may need to restart Skype and the Supertintin recorder.
On the other hand, if the call you want to record is just an Skype audio call, there should be 2 audio streams detected, one for the local party and one for the remote party. As there are no webcams or video streams involved, both local cam and remote cam will show zero (0) in you are recording an Skype audio call.
