A Splore Story | Meet Seth

Seth join the Splore team this past Spring as our new Assistant Program Manager. Hailing from Oregon, Seth brings enthusiasm and passion for the outdoors to our Salt Lake programs.

We had a chance to catch up with Seth last week...

1. How did you find Splore?
NOLS posted the year-round lead guide position for Splore on their website.


2. What is your favorite part about working at Splore?
Learning new skills and helping clients enjoy the fullness of life through recreation.


3. If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go?
A lot of places and I’m really interested in Greek and Egyptian culture so Greece or Egypt.


4. What are you most excited about when the snow flies?
I am most excited for wearing beanies and thermals when snow flies.


5. If you could pick one last meal before you died, what would you eat?
Hawaiian haystacks would be the meal of choice before I die.


6. Best piece of advice for people looking to get into the outdoors more?
You could die while sitting on your couch, or you could die while doing something you love, so get off your couch and get outside.
