So we returned to Bangkok after Changmai hoping to get our visas for India as quickly as possible. We decided to go for a day trip to Kanchanaburi which is to home to the Bridge Over the River Kuai. We realized after we got there that it was not all that it was cracked up to be. So we headed home and spent the next day in Bangkok waiting for our visas before heading to Phuket.
