In Budapest we did something a little different and got an apartment, a great idea if it is affordable. So for Budapest we did a hop-on-hop-off bus tour of the city. The first day we rode the whole route if the bus to get an idea about what there was to see and then we went to the Citadel and got some great pictures of the city. The next morning, we started off at Hero's Square and got to see a castle and some of the bathhouses. Then we walked around the Central Market area and got some lunch at a Jules Verne themed restaurant. From there we walked to the Danube to catch a river cruise. It was much colder than we thought it was going to be. After the boat ride we made our last stop at the castle district before heading home for the night.
