We arrived very early in Berlin, frost we headed to Spandauer, a very old fort/citadel in the city. Next we went to Bernauersrasse Memorial a site that remembers the old divide between the east and west. Then we went to the Jewish memorial before heading back in for the night. Along the way we tried the famous Berlin currywurst and soft pretzels. All was going well until... Susan fell of the top bunk of the bed in our hostel room and badly twisted her ankle. Cam spent the whole day looking for crutches to no avail since everything in Berlin is closed on Sundays! We headed to Prague with Susan hopping since we could not change our bus tickets... what a nightmare.
